A Tayana 58 for owners
As part of the project's owner services, a fully appointed 58-foot Tayana sailing yacht with interiors crafted in precious hardwoods will be available by reservation for private cruises, gatherings and owners' assemblies. Users cover only the applicable operating expenses.
Panga expeditions
A dedicated motorboat for controlled fishing, coastal exploration and planned excursions toward San Blas.
Your own 4×4
Owners may choose a residence package that includes a dedicated 4×4 vehicle—turning arrival itself into part of the adventure.
The owner experience and services form part of the project vision and will be introduced in phases. Access, scheduling and operating terms will be defined before launch.

A Month of Transformation at Los Caletones
The Caribbean, carefully revealed
This month, cleaning and landscape work opened clearer views across the beach, palms, gardens and pathways. The result is not a remade landscape, but a more legible one—allowing the natural character of Los Caletones to lead the experience.
From structure to experience
The beachfront gazebo shows the clearest transformation of the month: an exposed bamboo frame is becoming a sheltered gathering place with finished timber, an open bar and uninterrupted views toward the sea.
The lodge above the sea
At the highest point facing the Caribbean, the concrete structure marks the next phase of Los Caletones: a central lodge designed as the heart of the hotel experience, surrounded by eight private villas that follow the contours of the land.

Details shaped by hand
Natural timber, woven lamps, stone, thatch and carefully finished surfaces bring warmth and identity to the architecture. The work of skilled hands is visible in every connection.
Building with care for the shoreline
Cleaning, erosion protection and continued care of the coastal edge are essential parts of the transformation—strengthening vulnerable areas while preserving the natural relationship between forest and sea.
Crafted by Nature, Shaped by Hand
At Los Caletones, progress is revealed through the details: exceptional natural materials, skilled hands shaping every finish and thoughtful work to care for the Caribbean shoreline.
A remarkable amethyst stone brought directly from Italy has been installed as a signature feature of the beachfront bar. When illuminated, its natural layers come alive in violet, rose and warm mineral tones.
The bar is being finished in premium Santos mahogany, also known as bálsamo, by master Indonesian woodworkers who traveled directly from Indonesia to bring their expertise to Los Caletones.
Here, luxury is expressed through authentic materials, patient craftsmanship and details designed to belong naturally within the landscape.
Follow the making of Confín del Mundo
The beach and surrounding grounds were thoroughly cleaned, restoring a clearer relationship between the project and the sea. Along selected areas of the coast, a protective stone barrier was installed to help reduce erosion and reinforce vulnerable sections of the shoreline.
Built by Hand at Los Caletones
At Los Caletones, progress is taking shape one careful step at a time. The beachfront gazebo continues to rise, bringing the vision of Confín del Mundo closer to the Caribbean landscape that inspires it.
The bamboo roof frame continues to extend above the timber structure, revealing the scale and organic character of this beachfront gathering place.
Behind every element is a team working directly on the land—crafting, adjusting and building with attention to the natural setting. Their work is becoming an essential part of the ADLM story.
As the structure evolves, the relationship between architecture, forest and sea becomes increasingly clear: the landscape is not simply surrounding the project; it is guiding it.
